If you’re still not satisfied, please put in writing outlining your complaint or problem and send to us via e-mail or post where we will endeavour to address your concerns. Our contact details are on our contact page.
If this does not address your complaint fully, your next step is to contact Financial Services Complaints Ltd (FSCL), the external dispute resolution scheme for our industry.
